This is my latest tattoo, two days old. It holds incredible meaning and sentimental value to me. I miscarried my first child, and I got this to always remind me that although we earthly beings are devastated at losses like this, God is always caring for his children no matter where they are. It makes me smile every time I see it because I know my little lamb is in the safest, happiest place possible.

It says ‘Expecto Patronum’, a spell in Harry Potter which has deep meanings for me.
From the first time I read the book and the spell came out I already fell in love with the concept and ideology that J.K. Rowling came up with.The spell actually means ‘I await for a protector” in Latin.
In the Harry Potter itself, ‘Expecto Patronum” is used to repel Dementors. Dementor is the guard of the Azkaban prison, a dark creature that absorbs your joy and happiness. So, in other words, the spell is used to repel all the bad aura that wants to steal happiness from me.The unique thing about it is, if you want to cast the spell, you have to think of things that make you happy. The happier your memory is, the stronger your patronus will be.
That’s what I hope I will see every time I look at my tattoo, the pictures of places I’ve been to, my good friends, families, and all the good memories I’ve had with them.
I got them all in my arm as my Patronus.

Me and my fiance broke up today.
I haven’t seen her in a week because unfortunately I don’t drive and we’ve both been busy. I’ve been working and she’s getting getting her situation straight. So being that this is my only day off, I asked her to come over after work and she did. When she got here things were cool as usual, I make jokes and we play fight and talk. Then all of a sudden we got into an argument over nothing and when it cooled down it got awkwardly silent. I asked, “so what do we do now?”
She replied,” what do you mean”. I then said, “you’ve lost interest and so have I so what do we do?”. She was shocked because she had no idea I knew but anyone in a relationship can tell when things go south. So we agreed to not be together anymore and it kills me. Yes, it was a mutual break up but I hate myself, I fucking hate myself for losing interest. I love her so much. Its killing me knowing we aren’t going to see eachother anymore. It hit me the hardest when I was walking her to her car and she saw my dog and said “bye winslow, for the last time.” I burst into tears as I just did while I was writing this because that scene keeps playing over and over in my head.
